Estenda Solutions is a software development and consulting company focused on bringing innovative healthcare initiatives from concept to reality. Working with both large organizations and the individual researcher, we enjoy the challenge of helping our client’s initiatives grow.

Since 2003, our unwavering focus on exceeding expectations has produced a long list of very innovative and successful projects - all delivered on-time and within budget. Our experience includes grant funded research projects in the tele-ophthalmology, hepatitis, diabetes management/education, patient home monitoring, chronic kidney disease, bariatric surgery, respiratory devices, and personal health record fields.

Estenda’s capabilities go well beyond just software development and quality assurance. We have the expertise to work through all aspects of a research program from pre-proposal to journal publication. For example, our team routinely contributes to research protocol design, ongoing progress reporting, and study execution. We have significant experience in data de-identification, aggregation, warehousing and analysis. Drew G. Lewis President

Mr. Lewis has over fifteen (15) years of experience in Information Technology Consulting.

He has led significant technology related projects for many prestigious organizations including: Eli Lilly & Co, The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Joslin Diabetes Center, SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline), Amgen, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Duke Clinical Research Institute, Respironics, Department of Health and Human Services, and CoreStates Financial Corp (now Wachovia).

Richard 'RJ' Kedziora, MBA CIO/COO

Richard ‘RJ’ Kedziora MBA, co-founder of Estenda Solutions, Inc., has over sixteen (16) years of computer software product design, development, consulting and management experience. At Estenda Solutions, Mr. Kedziora holds the position of CIO/CTO and works managing the technical direction of multiple healthcare information technology projects providing guidance and innovative insight into the creation of cost-effective solutions.

Mr. Kedziora holds an MBA from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Duquesne University where he received the Excellence in Computer Science Award. He has spoken at numerous technical conferences on technology and co-authored several articles in technology and healthcare information technology. Mr. Kedziora holds certifications in multiple programming languages including PowerBuilder, Java, and SQL.
